This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit TradingForex.ro or submit an offer for the domain.
1. Data controller

2. Personal data we collect
We process the information you provide in the offer form: name, company, email address, phone number, offer amount, message, consent and preferred language. For security, Cloudflare may process IP address, browser and device information, request metadata and Turnstile signals.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use this data to answer enquiries, assess and negotiate a possible domain sale, protect the form and website from abuse, keep necessary business records, and establish or defend legal claims. The legal bases are steps requested before a possible contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site, consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, security and Turnstile anti-spam verification. Resend delivers the offer and confirmation emails. Google Fonts supplies website fonts. These providers process only the information needed to provide their services and may process data outside the EEA under applicable safeguards.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare and Turnstile may use strictly necessary storage or similar technologies for security and fraud prevention.
6. Data retention
Enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, negotiate a possible sale, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
7. Disclosure of personal data
Personal data is not sold. It may be disclosed to the service providers named above, professional advisers, competent authorities when legally required, or a party involved in a possible domain transaction where necessary.
